Kimberly Lehigh, BS, NHA
Interim Administrator
Kimberly Lehigh brings more than 33 years of experience in senior care leadership. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) and began her career in corporate accounting with a nursing home management company, where close collaboration with facility administrators sparked her passion for operations, quality, and resident-centered care. After relocating to Florida, she became a licensed Nursing Home Administrator and has built an accomplished career leading skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care communities.
Throughout her career, Kimberly has led the successful opening of a new skilled nursing facility with Life Care Centers of America and a senior living community offering skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care services for TLC Management. Her facilities have earned numerous recognitions, including Life Care’s Facility of the Year and Chairman's Award, the Eli Pick Facility Leadership Award, and the FHCACA Administrator of the Year Award. She has also served as Executive Director of a continuing care campus and in a regional leadership role overseeing seven skilled nursing facilities and one assisted living community, where her region consistently ranked as the company's highest performing.
Kimberly is recognized for her expertise in regulatory compliance, financial stewardship, operational excellence, and team development. Her servant leadership philosophy emphasizes mentoring, coaching, and fostering a culture of accountability and quality. She has also served as a preceptor for the University of South Florida's Administrator in Training program, helping develop the next generation of nursing home administrators.
Outside of work, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her family at the lake in Georgia, gardening, interior design, and playing with her two Goldendoodles.
