Norma D. Collins, RN, BS, HCRM, CDP

Vice President of Clinical Services

Norma Collins has worked over 30 years in roles
with increasing responsibility in acute, sub-acute,
and long-term care. Her positions in direct patient/resident care and in middle management include CNA, Assistant Administrator, Charge
Nurse, DONS, and Nursing Administration &
Long Term Care Service Liaison.


Ms. Collins is currently Vice President of Clinical Services for RB Health Partners and is available
for interim Administrative Nursing positions ranging from Staff Education, Nursing Unit Management, Assistant Director of Nursing, or Director of Nursing. She is also available for other assignments such as start up or back to compliance projects.

Her years of varied experience allow Ms. Collins to offer clients not only strong interpersonal skills but outstanding knowledge of:


  • Clinical proficiency

  • Long-term care rules and regulations

  • Long-term care education development

  • Problem solving

  • Principles of risk management

  • Skilled facility operation


Ms. Collins earned her RN status in her home country of Belize where she worked in acute care. After moving to the United States, she attended Miami Dade Community College and National Louis University to receive her Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Leadership. She is licensed as a Health Care Risk Manager and holds certificates in:


  • RAI & Care Plan

  • Managed Care

  • Operating Room Nurse Certificate

  • Completed Integrated Care Management Specialist Course August 2014


As an active member of FADONA and second Vice President, Ms. Collins received the FADONA Florida Association Director of Nursing Administrator award in 2002. Other achievements include:


  • Serving on the Certified Nursing Assistant Task Force for FHCA

  • Contributing to the writing of the Certified Nursing Assistant’s Rules and Regulations

  • Designing and implementing Medicare Part B reimbursement for her organization

  • Coordinating the Transitional Care Center move and integration of staff with team members at the new facility.


Ms. Collins is also a member of Greater Orlando FADONA (GOFADONA), FHCA.


When not working you may find Ms. Collins working in her garden as she is a Master Gardener, spending time with her family especially her adorable granddaughter, or vacationing with loved one or visiting her family in Belize.
