Angela Cooper, RN, MSN, CENP, RAC-CTA
Vice President of Clinical Operations
Angela Cooper brings over twenty-nine years of healthcare experience and clinical leadership to RB Health Partners with the last 27 years being in Long-Term Care. Mrs. Cooper earned a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree from University of Mississippi Medical Center (UMMC) in May 2024 which focused on Nursing Healthcare Administration. Mrs. Cooper is continuing her education for a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Nursing with emphasis on Nursing Education and Administration through William Carey University in Hattiesburg, Mississippi with a projected graduation date of August 2027.

Mrs. Cooper has held many leadership roles over the years. She has been a Director of Nursing, a Regional Nurse Consultant, and a Director of Clinical Services (Chief Nurse) for a LTC organization where she oversaw the clinical services of skilled nursing facilities in numerous states.
She also has vast experience and knowledge in configuring and implementing electronic health records (PointClickCare).
Mrs. Cooper is an active member of the American Association of Post-Acute Care Nursing (AAPACN) and certified-advanced as a Resident Assessment Coordinator (RAC-CTA). Mrs. Cooper also obtained her Certification in Executive Nursing Practice (CENP) through the American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL). She is a Nurse Executive Council (NEC) member through the American Health Care Association (AHCA) and on the Florida Senior Clinicians Panel. Mrs. Cooper is also a 2023 graduate of the Florida Health Care Association’s Executive Nurse Leadership Academy (ENLA).

Teaching and training on a variety of subjects such as survey management, MDS 3.0 Quality Measures / Star Ratings,

Risk management, Infection control / COVID-19 response, and PointClickCare

Over the last two years, Mrs. Cooper has worked full-time for RB Health Partners, Inc. while maintaining a 4.0 with her schoolwork at UMMC. She received the “Exemplary Leadership in Service” award and the Mattie D. Jones Clifton Memorial Scholarship. Both awards were nominated by the UMMC School of Nursing faculty, which demonstrates Mrs. Cooper's devotion and commitment to leadership.
Mrs. Cooper enjoys spending time with her family in her spare time, including her husband, son, and extended family. She also enjoys traveling, cooking, running, and Pilates.
