Madison C. Lee joins RB Health Partners, Inc. with a passion for healthcare, having a focus on long-term care and business management. Ms. Lee brings eight years of management experience to the team, six being in a restaurant, and the most recent two in a skilled nursing facility and an assisted living facility.
Since a very young age, Ms. Lee has been interested in a future in healthcare. She knew she wanted to pursue a career helping and serving others.
Ms. Lee obtained her certification as a nursing assistant during her senior year of high school and focused her initial college education on healthcare. While in college, she sparked an interest in entrepreneurship and administration. She combined her healthcare and business interests to major in Health Policy & Administration, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from USF (University of South Florida).
She is currently pursuing her education further as a student of the Master of Health Administration (MHA) program at USF. She also recently received her provisional certification in public health (CPH). Additionally, she is a student member of both the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and the American Public Health Association (APHA).
In her free time, Ms. Lee enjoys reading, kayaking, working out, and taking her dog, London, to parks and beaches.
