Chelsea Lowe is a Registered Nurse and is actively certified as a Resident Assessment Coordinator through AAPACN. She has more than 23 years of experience in long-term care and skilled nursing. Beginning her career as a CNA and advancing to LPN and RN, she has built extensive expertise in clinical operations, reimbursement, and regulatory compliance.
With more than 15 years of experience in MDS, case mix management, and clinical reimbursement, Chelsea has held leadership roles including MDS Coordinator, Director of Nursing, Divisional Director of MDS, and Vice President of Clinical Reimbursement.
She is highly knowledgeable in RAI guidelines, CMS regulations, PDPM, managed care, and quality measures, and has a strong background in staff education and interdisciplinary training.
Chelsea is passionate about the ever-evolving world of clinical reimbursement and enjoys helping organizations navigate challenges, optimize outcomes, and achieve excellence in resident care and financial performance
