David J. Pagano, RN, is a highly experienced nursing executive with over 35 years in clinical leadership, operations, and regulatory compliance across the senior care continuum. He has served as Chief Clinical Officer for multi-facility senior care organizations across 15 states, overseeing nursing homes, sub-acute and post-acute care, assisted living, and continuing care retirement communities.
David has led transformative initiatives in post-acute, skilled nursing, and assisted living settings, playing a key role in developing and standardizing policies, optimizing staffing models, and implementing evidence-based quality improvement programs. His expertise ensures alignment with CMS and state regulations and accrediting entities such as The Joint Commission. His leadership has shaped high-performing clinical teams, fostered collaboration across executive leadership, and driven operational excellence.
