Diane Tyree is a Health Care Professional with over 40 years’ experience in positions of increased responsibility and authority. She has spent most of her career in Long-Term-Care as a Consultant Dietitian and Corporate Director of Nutrition and Dietary Services. For the past 15 years, Diane worked as a state survey/trainer.
In her roles as Consultant Dietitian and Corporate Director of Nutrition and Dietary Service, Diane was responsible for the overseeing food service management operations, staff development and training and human resources management, as well as overseeing clinical services to ensure proper provision of medical nutritional therapy for multiple facilities.
In her role as a surveyor, she was responsible for conducting inspections utilizing the established survey process to evaluate health care facilities for state licensure and federal certification requirements for participation under Medicare/Medicaid. She was also responsible for training and mentoring staff on the Long-Term Care Survey Process.

Diane holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources with concentration in Nutrition and Dietetics. She is a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist and has completed the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), Federal Surveyor CMS - SMQT, Certified LTCSP (Long Term Care Survey Process) Trainer and Florida Health Care Association RAI Certificate programs.
When not working, Diane enjoys cooking, spending time outdoors in the fabulous Florida Keys, attending Dave Matthews concerts, and spending time with friends and family watching NFL football games.
