Eddie Broom, MSW

Eddie Broom is a healthcare professional with over a dozen years of experience in acute care, hospice, long-term care to include assisted living administration. His experience covers management through direct resident care of elder, dementia care, anticipatory grief and bereavement counseling, psychosocial assessments and discharge planning. Mr. Broom works as a Quality Improvement Consultant.
Mr. Broom has an undergraduate degree in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Florida State University. He is also ALF Core trained and has been a successful Administrator of Standard facilities with Memory Care and Extended Congregate Care (ECC) licensed services
