Eddie Broom, MSW, C.D.S.
Director of Human Services & Sr. Accreditation Coach
Eddie serves as our Director of Human Services & Sr. Accreditation Coach. Eddie works in Quality Improvement with a focus on Joint Commission Accreditation. Eddie has worked at RB Health Partners, Inc. for over 6 years, and has over 18 years of experience in the healthcare profession spanning social services through administration. Eddie is a Certified Dementia Specialist and skilled in staff and team development, systematic process management, long-term care facility operation, and much more.

Mr. Broom has an undergraduate degree in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a master’s degree in Social Work from Florida State University.
He is also ALF Core trained and has been a successful Administrator of Standard facilities with Memory Care and Extended Congregate Care (ECC) licensed services.

When not working, Mr. Broom enjoys spending time with his wife Kim, his children, and his beautiful redheaded granddaughter. He also enjoys music, playing piano and singing.
