Jane Monti, RN
Quality Improvement Consultant
Jane Monti has worked in health care for 30 years, much of that time committed to the Long-Term-Care profession. Jane serves as a Quality Improvement Consultant for RB Health Partners, Inc. where her role is in the focus area of clinical operations for Skilled Nursing Facilities. This includes knowledge of Federal/State regulations and applicable clinical practice standards. Jane has worked in multiple roles in long-term care starting as a nursing assistant before becoming a facility RN, Restorative Nurse, Director of Nursing, Regional Nurse, Acute-Care RN, Pharmacy Nurse and now a Quality Improvement Consultant.

Her areas of expertise include, but are not limited to, standards of clinical practice, emergency preparedness,
pharmacy services and electronic health record using CPOE/E-MAR, SigmaCare and Point Click Care. She is an
exceptional auditor, teacher, and trainer.

Jane enjoys spending time with her family including her husband, three children and her delightful granddaughter. She is also an avid reader, wood worker and gardener.
