Jonathan Teter, MS, CIC

Jonathan Teter is an epidemiologist, Board Certified in Infection Control (CIC) by the Certification Board of Infection Control and Epidemiology. Mr. Teter contributes his knowledge of epidemiology and analytics to the RB Health Partners, Inc. team and its clients, and has been doing so for over 5 years. He has authored several peer-reviewed articles. His expertise includes emerging infectious disease preparedness and response, antimicrobial resistance and stewardship, water safety management, and healthcare associated infection prevention strategies to name a few.

Mr. Teter received his Bachelor of Arts degree from McDaniel College in Maryland and his Master of Science from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County with a concentration in Preventive Medicine and Epidemiology.

After a brief career in professional theatre, Mr. Teter started his healthcare career at Johns Hopkins Medicine where he oversaw system-level analytics and surveillance for infection prevention/epidemiology and completed a fellowship in patient safety analytics. He has authored several posters and peer-reviewed articles on topics including hand hygiene, flexible endoscope reprocessing, operating room air quality, and COVID-19 emergency response. Mr. Teter is a member of the Association for Professionals of Infection Control and Epidemiology.
