Over her career, Pam has worked in a variety of leadership roles in health care and senior living. She has served in roles such as Vice President of Clinical Services, Regional Director of Care, and Administrator. These roles have provided her with a broad base of clinical and operational expertise.


Pam’s expertise allows her to support clients in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living and Memory Care communities in a multitude of areas, to include:

  • Regulatory and Risk Management Mitigation

  • Pre-survey/Mock Survey Compliance

  • Electronic Health Record Review and Implementation

  • Training of Staff and Community Leadership on a Variety of Subjects

When not working, she enjoys kayaking, playing pickleball, dancing and spending time with her family and friends.
