Robin A. Bleier is the owner of RB Health Partners, Inc. (RBHPs), a Long-Term Care Consultancy Firm that will celebrate its 25th Anniversary in December 2026.
Robin began her formal healthcare career in 1983 as a CNA, becoming an LPN in 1984, an RN in 1991, and an HCRM in 1996. Today, she serves as the President and CEO of RBHPs, leading an interdisciplinary team of 40 professionals. Her primary consulting focus is regulatory and risk management, with a strong emphasis on guiding organizations back into compliance.
Robin has worked in both acute and post-acute care organizations during her 40-year career. Her passion for healthcare began at the age of eight, while sitting on a therapy mat as her oldest brother—who had cerebral palsy—received services. At 14, she furthered her commitment by volunteering as a junior candy striper at her local hospital
Throughout her career, Robin has held roles ranging from direct caregiver to COO of a small multi-state healthcare company before founding RBHPs.
In Robin’s spare time you will find her with her husband, visiting their grandson Felix and his parents, gardening, playing with their pups JuneBug & Jet, or practicing her flute to play in her husband Walter Kittle’s smooth jazz radio releases.
